Kate Roberts

Property Manager

Kate has worked in the real estate industry since 2009 where she managed luxury buildings for Equity Residential. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Kate has a master’s in Historic Preservation from Boston University and has a deep understanding and appreciation for the city’s historic architecture as well as new development.

Kate has played a significant role in both managing and renovating over 500 residential units within the larger Mount Vernon portfolio including properties in the Back Bay, the North End, South End, Beacon Hill, Cambridge, Newton, Brookline, and Brighton. With a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail Kate is a critical member of the company’s team and one who understands its service philosophy.
