The Arthaus is a new architecturally significant five-story building at the corner of N Beacon Street and Everett Street in Allston. The building’s design is a celebration of the art community in Boston and consists of 74 rental apartments and an underground garage. The building includes a rooftop terrace, fitness center, enclosed bike storage and is within close proximity to the new Stop and Shop market, the MBTA Commuter Rail, and local bus lines.
