Matt DeNino

Director of Leasing

Matt joined Mount Vernon as an associate in January 2015.  As Director of Leasing, he oversees Mount Vernon’s residential leasing efforts throughout the portfolio.  He works closely with the property management and finance team with day-to-day operations.

Previously, Matt was a leading real estate salesperson in Greater Boston, as well as having extensive experience in the Miami, Florida multi-family leasing market.
