Danielle Lazarz

Property Manager

Danielle joined the team at The Mount Vernon Company in 2021 and oversees a portion of the portfolio in Back Bay, Somerville, and Allston Brighton portfolios. Danielle supervises all day-to-day operations, management of capital projects and improvements, vendor partnerships, and resident engagement.

Danielle began her career at UDR (United Dominion Realty) where she worked as a Property Management Intern, Move in Specialist, Resident Service Administrator, and Resident Service Manager. While at UDR, Danielle was a member of the team recognized as the President’s Club winner for top sales performance in 2019 and gained experience overseeing the Affordable Housing program.
