Derek DeAntonis

Director of Finance

As Director of Finance at The Mount Vernon Company, Derek oversees the firm’s property accounting, commercial leasing, A/R, A/P, and cash management. Derek also assists with identifying acquisitions/dispositions and the asset management of the firm’s properties.

Prior to joining The Mount Vernon Company, Derek was a Property Accountant at Boston Properties, the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of Class A office space in the US.

Derek received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
