Construction Manager

Rick oversees all construction, design, and permitting activities across the MVC portfolio, including residential, commercial, and hotel properties. Rick has a thorough knowledge of construction practices, building systems, and the development process.

Prior to joining MVC, Rick has worked with developers, general contractors, and architects; managing high end residential, luxury multi-family, and commercial construction projects. Rick has a B.S. degree in Community Planning and Development from the University of New Hampshire.
