Arthaus consists of a five-story building at the corner of North Beacon Street and Everett Street containing 72 rental apartments as well as a separate four-story building on Sinclair Road consisting of nine condominiums. The Project will provide active ground floor programming through the use of local art to enliven the pedestrian experience and create a vibrant public realm. The design and programing objective is to fully activate the ground floor, front-facing portion of the building that runs along North Beacon Street. Among other amenities the building has enclosed parking spaces, a roof top terrace, fitness center, art gallery space and enclosed bike storage within close proximity to MBTA train and bus lines.
