Kenneth Vennard

Director of Property Management

In his role as Director of Property Management, Ken oversees operations of the company’s 1,400 unit portfolio. Additionally, Ken is involved in the company's commercial leasing efforts and oversees tenant fit-outs.

His previous experience is with Hamilton Realty where he oversaw the operation of over 2,200 apartments in the greater Boston area, as well as designed the company’s website and social media presence.

Ken has built a reputation among our tenants as one who provides exceptional service and reinforces The Mount Vernon Company’s “tenant first” philosophy. Ken provides a particular focus on asset performance through the monitoring of operating expenses, preventive maintenance, capital improvements and vendor management.

Ken is a Boston area native residing in Brighton and has a keen interest in economics, design, and pop culture.
